What's going on at Optimal?
In May of 2009 Optimal Health moved premises to the Sydney CBD to work along side the team at Executive Medicine in their rooms at the Grace Hotel. Both of us now offer the same high quality health services to a combined client base of individuals and corporate groups. So now there is a choice of male or female doctor with two highly qualified Physicians providing care, plus expertise of our Exercise Physiologist, Clinical and Neuro Psychologist and a great support team - we can look after your health - both mind and body.
